Alanna grasps Delia's shoulders, spinning her back around. She gives Delia a distracted look and returns her gaze to the other girl's collar bone. Her bones and creamy skin seemed almost too delicate to be real. Surprised by a sudden wave of protectiveness, Alanna leaned forward and placed a gentle kiss in the hollow of Delia's throat. She moved closer, wrapping her arms around Delia and smiling. Finally looking into Delia's green eyes, Alanna kissed her again without a hint of restraint.
"I don't much cherish the idea of standing here in plain sight."
